AI for Developers training

AI for Developers is a two day technical training that equips your engineering profiles to speed up development with AI. Developers, operations engineers and data scientists learn to choose and configure the code assistants suited to their stack, to use them across the whole cycle (writing, refactoring, documentation, tests, debugging), to automate multi-step tasks with agents and the MCP, then to secure the generated code. Highly hands-on, it alternates demonstrations and workshops on the participants’ code, on-site or remote, up to 10 people. You leave with a ready-to-use configuration and a concrete integration plan.

Course objectives

Make AI an accelerator for your development

Two highly hands-on days to equip your technical teams: from code assistants to agents, AI fits into the development workflow, without sacrificing quality or security.

  • Choose and configure the AI assistants suited to your stack
  • Use AI across the entire development cycle: writing, refactoring, documentation, tests and debugging
  • Automate multi-step tasks using agents and the MCP
  • Experiment with vibe coding to go from a need to a prototype
  • Apply best practices for confidentiality, security and quality of the generated code

Skills

What your teams will learn

The right tools for your stack

Compare the main solutions on the market, then choose and configure the code assistants suited to your technical environment.

AI across the whole development cycle

Write, refactor, document, test and debug with AI, and delegate multi-step tasks to agents thanks to the MCP.

Generated code that is safe and reliable

Systematically check the code produced, protect sensitive data and manage the vulnerabilities and dependencies introduced by AI.

Programme

A progressive path, from foundations to practice

Module 1 (day 1): AI in the service of software development
Understand how AI assists software development: code autocompletion and generation, intelligent assistants, agents.
Module 2 (day 1): Choosing the right tools for your stack
Comparison of the main solutions on the market and selection of the assistants suited to your technical environment.
Module 3 (day 1): Generating and completing code efficiently
Hands-on workshop: produce and complete code with an AI assistant, directly on the participants’ code.
Module 4 (day 1): Refactoring, documenting and testing with AI
Hands-on workshop: use AI for refactoring, documentation and writing tests.
Module 5 (day 2): Diagnosing and fixing with AI
Hands-on workshop: use AI for debugging, from diagnosis to fix.
Module 6 (day 2): Delegating multi-step tasks to agents
Hands-on workshop: automate multi-step tasks using agents and the MCP.
Module 7 (day 2): Vibe coding, from a need to a working prototype
Hands-on workshop: experiment with vibe coding to turn a need into a working prototype.
Module 8 (day 2): Integrating AI into a real workflow
End-to-end workshop: integrate the assistants and agents into a real development workflow.
Module 9 (day 2): Securing and hardening the generated code
Confidentiality of the data present in the code, systematic review and verification of the generated code, vulnerabilities and dependencies introduced by AI.
Module 10 (day 2): Embedding the practices and leaving with an action plan
You leave with: an AI assistant configuration for your stack, a library of development prompts and a plan to integrate them into your workflow.

Frequently asked questions

Before you get started

How long is the training?

The training lasts two days, on-site or remote, for groups of up to 10 participants.

What are the prerequisites?

Scripting or development skills, in any language. The training is aimed at a technical audience.

Who is the training for?

Front-end and back-end developers, operations engineers (IaC, scripting, DevOps), data scientists and ML engineers, and more broadly anyone with technical skills who wants to speed up their development with AI.

Is the training suited to our stack and our tools?

Yes. The content is tailored: we select the tools and use cases relevant to your stack, and many workshops take place directly on the participants’ code.

Can it be run remotely?

Yes, the training is available both on-site and remote, depending on your organisation.

Which tools are covered?

The training covers code autocompletion and generation, intelligent assistants, agents and the MCP, refactoring, tests, assisted debugging and vibe coding, with a comparison of the main solutions for your stack.

How is the security of the generated code handled?

A dedicated module covers confidentiality and the sensitive data present in the code, the systematic review and verification of the generated code, as well as the vulnerabilities and dependencies introduced by AI. The goal is to adopt the assistants without exposing your intellectual property or weakening your code base, in compliance with the nFADP and the GDPR. Learn more about our compliance support.

What is the price of the training?

The price is set by quote, on request, depending on your context and needs.

What certification is awarded?

Participants receive a certificate and a diploma at the end of the training.
