PrismIA Sàrl (hereinafter "PrismIA", "we", "our" or "us") is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy in accordance with applicable data protection laws, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected and purposes of processing

We collect and use your personal data only within the limits permitted by law. Below is an overview of the data collected and the corresponding purposes:

Contact form

Data collected:

  • Last name
  • First name
  • Company
  • Email
  • Message (the content of your request)

Purpose: to respond to your requests and questions sent via the contact form.

Newsletter

Data processed:

  • Last name
  • First name
  • Company
  • Email

Purpose: to send you information and updates about our services, products and news.

AI maturity test

Data collected:

  • Work email
  • Name and company (optional)
  • Role, size and sector of your organisation
  • Your answers to the questionnaire and the calculated maturity score
  • Your consent choices

Purposes: to produce your maturity diagnosis, send you your personalised report by email and, where relevant, follow up on your request commercially. If you explicitly consent, to send you our newsletter and/or invitations to our webinars and events.

Technical data and cookies

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, etc.) for analytics, security and site-improvement purposes.

Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Your consent for the contact forms, the AI maturity test, the newsletter sign-up and invitations to our events.
  • Our legitimate interests in improving our services and analysing the use of our site.

Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell your data. We rely on trusted service providers (processors) to operate our services:

  • Microsoft (Microsoft 365: Power Automate, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange): receiving, processing and storing requests sent via the contact form and the AI maturity test, and sending the related emails.
  • Infomaniak (Switzerland): sending our newsletter.
  • Google (Analytics, Fonts) and Jetpack / Automattic: audience measurement and site delivery (see the "Cookies and tracking tools" section).

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland (in particular within the European Union or the United States); where this is the case, the transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards. We also disclose your data where required to do so by law.

Data retention period

Your personal data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Your rights

You have the right:

  • To access your personal data.
  • To request the correction or deletion of your data.
  • To object to the processing of your data on legitimate grounds.
  • To withdraw your consent at any time, in particular for the newsletter.

We take all appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against any unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

Cookies and tracking tools

We use cookies and analytics tools to improve the user experience on our website. Specifically, we measure audience in an aggregated way using Google Analytics (integrated via Google Site Kit) and Jetpack; these services set audience-measurement cookies. We also load Google Fonts. You can manage your cookie preferences via your browser settings.
