Claude Essentials training
PrismIA’s Claude Essentials course is a short half-day format to get to grips with Claude (Anthropic) and put it to work on your professional tasks: analysing, creating, summarising. Practice-focused, it alternates theory, demonstrations and concrete exercises, with content tailored to the participants’ activity. It takes place on site at your premises (remote option on request), in a group of up to ten participants, and leads to a certificate of participation.

Before you get started
Do you need a Claude subscription to attend?
The course is practised on the tool: plan for access to Claude, a laptop and an equipped room. We adapt the exercises to your environment.
Is my business data safe?
Claude is an external service: the course covers best practices (which data to avoid, verification, confidentiality). To frame governance and nFADP compliance, a dedicated audit is recommended.
Do you need technical knowledge?
No. The course is aimed at technical and non-technical profiles alike: no technical prerequisite is needed.
What is the difference with Claude Advanced?
Essentials is a short half-day format for getting started quickly. The one-day Advanced course goes deeper into the features (Projects, Artifacts) and use cases. The two are independent: neither is a prerequisite for the other.
Essentials or Advanced: which format to choose?
Essentials (half day) favours demonstrations and exercises: ideal for starting fast when time is limited. Advanced (1 day) adds in-depth workshops: ideal for becoming autonomous with the tool.

Yes. All our courses are tailored to your needs, your roles and your level of maturity. Our trainers connect directly with your teams to align the course with your terminology and internal practices, select the most relevant use cases and define the upskilling objectives.
Where and how does the course take place?
On site at your premises, in French-speaking Switzerland (PrismIA is based in Geneva and Renens), with a remote option on request. The group has up to 10 participants, alternating theory, demonstrations and exercises, and the course leads to a certificate of participation.
