Frequently asked questions

Before you get started

Do you need a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence to attend?

A Microsoft 365 Copilot licence is recommended to practise on the real tool, along with a laptop and an equipped conference room.

How long is the course and where does it take place?

Half a day, on site at your premises (remote option on request), for a group of up to ten participants.

Do you need technical knowledge?

No. The course is aimed at technical and non-technical profiles alike who want a first step up in skills on Copilot.

What is the difference with Microsoft Copilot Advanced?

Essentials is a short half-day format for getting started quickly. The one-day Advanced course adds many hands-on workshops and a full module on building agents. The two are independent: neither is a prerequisite for the other.

Can you use company data in Copilot?

Microsoft 365 Copilot operates inside your Microsoft 365 environment and relies on the permissions already in place across your organisation. The course covers security, confidentiality and results-verification best practices. To frame data governance (access rights, oversharing, nFADP compliance), PrismIA offers a dedicated AI audit and consulting service.

Where do you operate and what does it cost?

PrismIA is based in Geneva and Renens, and works across French-speaking Switzerland. Our courses are tailored: pricing depends on the format and the number of participants. Request a quote for your team.
