C-Level Coaching is a one-to-one, 3 month programme, that is 3 days of training and support, intended for members of the leadership and the executive committee. In one-to-one sessions, on-site and remote, it combines a diagnosis of your organisation’s AI maturity, identification of opportunities, command of the stakes and the risks, and the building of a roadmap. You come out of it with a clear vision, a prioritised trajectory and the governance benchmarks to steer your AI projects and measure their impact. It leads to a certificate and a diploma.
